The Supreme Court has declared Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo of the All Progressives Congress(APC), winner of the November 19, 2023 governorship election.

This followed the judgment delivered by five panel of justices led by Justice Sadiq Umar on Friday.

While delivering judgment, the panelists dismissed Ajaka’s appeal for lacking in merit.

The apex court judgment has put to rest the lingering legal battle between the APC and SDP on the November 19, 2023 governorship election in the state.
